Tile-able Website Backgrounds contains a growing collection of free seamless background patterns and textures. Their primary usage is on the web (websites, blogs, etc.), as tiled backgrounds, but you can use them wherever you want, for example on a computer desktop. All of the background images here are made by me, so you will find only unique stuff here.
All of the background images are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported License.
This is just an example of attribution link. It's up to you what the link will contain (you can also change it, so it will point to an individual page if you want).

ReplyDeleteThanks for commenting! It's always great to have positive feedback.
DeleteThanks for such a great website! It's a feat to pull off so many original tile backgrounds, and an even bigger feat to not charge for them all. If I use any of yours, I'll be sure to link back to you.
ReplyDeleteI love the preview feature of tiles on your blog.
ReplyDeleteBiggest time/money saver ever! You never know if a tile is going to look right or not until you see it in use, and having to download over and over and then adjust, adjust, adjust is ridiculous. The edit/preview option is incredible and I can't tell you how much I appreciate it. I feel like I won the lottery stumbling on this site.
ReplyDeleteThank you very much!!!
ReplyDeleteDo you have a Flickr account? I save a lot of textures, etc to my Flickr favorites.
ReplyDeleteI had an account on Flickr, but I haven't been a very active user there.
DeleteThanks for taking the time to share these awesome backgrounds.
ReplyDeleteJust wanted to say thanks. I'm planning to use a colourized version of your Blue Marble as the default desktop background in the upcoming release of my Visopsys operating system (visopsys.org)
ReplyDeleteThank you so much! Just what I needed for my new website!
